New Member Series
We require all new athletes to complete our New Member Series (NMS) before attending Peak, Strength Development, or Olympic Weightlifting programs. You are welcome to sign up for our Sweat program at any time – with or without completing the New Member Series.
During the various stages of re-opening during Shelter-in-Place, NMS can be completed 1-on-1 with a coach either in-person or virtually.
During normal gym operations, our New Member Series is included with all unlimited monthly memberships. It is two, one hour small group movement training classes that typically runs Monday-Tuesday (see New Member Series schedule HERE), and must be taken in sequence. It is offered multiple times a day across our 3 locations. Once NMS is completed members have access to all our training programs.
