Peak or PE(v)K

Peak combines basic bodyweight, weightlifting and gymnastics movements with rowing, assault bike, ski erg and running to create an extremely fun and challenging high-intensity cardio and strength training program. Peak is designed for all movement skill levels as there are clear options for beginners through advanced in every workout. There are also options that allow an athlete to choose a more cardio biased, balanced or more strength biased training session. This is the program to get a phenomenal workout at whatever your current movement skill level.

PE(v)K classes have the same programming as Peak, but allow previously-vaccine-verified athletes easier entry into class. Masks are now OPTIONAL indoors IF you’ve been fully vaccinated (verification upon entry).
