Digital Programs
During shelter-in-place, we created five new programs that could be done with little or no equipment, at-home or outdoors. As we transition back to in-gym classes, we’re currently continuing our Peak from Home and Daily Bell programs. These programs are available in Wodify, and you can also see the workouts by clicking on one of the programs below. In addition, our in-gym Peak, Sweat, and Build programs are still being offered - for those with the equipment to do those workouts.

Peak from Home
Our daily GPP (General Physical Preparedness) program! Workouts can be done at bodyweight and/or with household items. Programmed 5 days a week.
The Daily Bell
20-30 minute workouts meant to be done with Dumbbells or Kettlebells, but also possible with other objects. These can include cardio and other bodyweight movements, and are excellent for a mix of strength-training and high-intensity workouts! Programmed 5 days a week, available online.
