In-Gym Programs
At each Flagship location, we offer different programs to suit your individual needs. Whether you want to improve strength, cardio, or skill (or ALL of it!) we’ve got you covered!
All classes are reservation based, so please sign-up and sign-in using Wodify prior to each class. Click on one of the programs below to see the daily “WOD” (Workout Of the Day)
Peak or PE(v)K
Peak combines basic bodyweight, weightlifting and gymnastics movements with rowing, assault bike, ski erg and running to create an extremely fun and challenging high-intensity cardio and strength training program. Peak is designed for all movement skill levels as there are clear options for beginners through advanced in every workout. There are also options that allow an athlete to choose a more cardio biased, balanced or more strength biased training session. This is the program to get a phenomenal workout at whatever your current movement skill level is.
PE(v)K (aka “Peak Verified”) classes have the same programming as Peak, but allows previously-vaccine-verified athletes easier entry into class. Masks are now OPTIONAL indoors IF you’ve been fully vaccinated (verification upon entry).
Peak @ the Lot
Outdoor classes at Upper Market! Created during the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re currently keeping a small number of slots open for those that prefer to sweat outside! Programming is the same as our “Peak” classes, minus access to the pullup rig.
Available with an active Wodify membership or class pack. Sign up thru Wodify as you would for normal classes. Available 7 days a week. “Open gym” slots are also available during certain hours of the day Monday-Friday.
Masks are optional outdoors if vaccinated, and are otherwise mandatory.
Sweat
This boot-camp, high intensity metabolic conditioning (MetCon) workout blends functional movements and fast-paced cardio specifically designed to boost your strength and endurance. From the beginner athlete looking to shed body fat and develop a strong base, to the advanced athlete looking to improve cardiovascular performance, this class will help you reach new endurance goals.
While currently not available due to COVID-19 restrictions, daily Sweat programming is still available in Wodify for those that have access to the equipment needed in each day’s workout.
Strength Development
Our Strength class is designed to help athletes build confidence and strength in squats, deadlifts and presses. We then combine these lifts with functional accessory lifts to further improve strength. Athletes see a measurable improvement following each completed cycle.

Olympic Weightlifting
Focused on the development of the Olympic Lifts: snatch and clean and jerk, our Weightlifting class is perfect for anyone from the beginning athlete looking to work on the basics, to the advanced weightlifter gearing up for their next competition.

Mobility
Our mobility classes focuses on improving rage of motion and flexibility using a variety of movements and models. We’ll use bands, balls, and weights to improve tissue and joint health that's important to both in and outside the gym.
