Join our Zoom Live Streams by clicking one of the links below! These are 60 minutes long unless otherwise noted. If you’re new to using Zoom, see our notes at the bottom of this page!

GETTING STARTED WITH ZOOM

Note - You don't need an account!

  • Laptop or Desktop:

    • Open a web browser and click the link to one of our live streams

    • You will be prompted to download the Zoom desktop app, but you can also bypass that and use Zoom in your browser

  • Mobile Device or Tablet:

    • Download the Zoom App

    • Clicking one of our live streams will open the Zoom app

  • Allow Zoom to control your video and mic (keep mic muted)

  • You will be muted upon entry, you must “unmute” to be heard (keep muted most of class).

  • If possible, adjust your screen so the coach can see you. This way they can provide coaching cues!

  • We'll screenshare the workout at the beginning of class, then the coach will lead a group warmup and go over the movements and workout structure.

  • If you need help modifying movements or want suggestions, use the chat window to communicate with our coaches (we have 2 in every class!).

  • Once the workout begins, you'll see different people showing on the screen as we "spotlight" different athletes. Don't be surprised! This is a chance for the coach to get a closer look at you and provide any tips.
